This training program is for runners and walkers of all abilities who would like to train for the Fleet Feet Sports Lady Distance Classic 5K/10K Run/Walk. We will offer a novice and advanced training option for both the 5K and the 10K events. The Women’s Only Program is $75 per person (this INCLUDES entry for The Lady Distance Classic which is $30). Workouts will be held on Wednesday nights at 6:30 pm at Fleet Feet Sports with optional workouts on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
