Fleet Feet Sports is excited to announce two training options for the 2010 Lady Distance Classic!  

No Boundaries for Women 5K Beginner's Training Program

The No Boundaries for Women Program will begin on Wednesday, May 19 @ 6:30 p.m. and will be for women only. Participants will be preparing to run or walk the Lady Distance Classic 5K.

The No Boundaries 5K Beginner's Program is a nationally recognized and supported program that is sponsored by New Balance. More than 10,000 participants completed their first 5K event in 2009 by following this program. Its more than a group run or walk, its more than a seminar, it is in fact a life changing experience -- the reality is that "Running Changes Everything."

Brooks Sports Ladies Night Out Fun Run/Walk

This FREE fun run/walk is for anyone who wants to run or walk with a group of women training for the Lady Distance Classic 5K/10K in August or ladies just looking for a group of women to run or walk with! The group will begin on May 20, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. and all runs/walks will be on Thursdays.

As always, there are still opportunities to run or walk with a group!  Fleet Feet Sports hosts weekly Fun Runs & Walks on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. and on Saturdays at 7:30 a.m.   These Fun Runs & Walks are open to folks running or walking at all levels and paces.  There is no charge.  Just plan to show up a few minutes early (you are welcome to change your clothes at the store if you are coming straight from work), leave your keys in our key box and head out for a run or walk with the group.
